摘要
提出了一种基于模糊理论的交互式优化评估模型及算法，并将该模型及算法用于白酒质量的评判。
A new kind of interactively optimization model&algorithm based on fuzzytheory to evaluate the quality for wine is presented in this paper.The practice shows the presentedmode&algorithm is effective and the evaluation result is satisfactory.
