摘要
研究了圆管内均匀布置１～５片旗形件时油的强化传热及流阻特性。当工质参数处于１４６≤Ｐｒ≤２０６和８５２≤Ｒｅ≤６８５７时以４片旗形件最佳；其换热系数ｈ与光管换热系数ｈ０之比可高达４．１；而压降之比（Δｐ／Δｐ０）最高只有３．４；综合判据（Ｎｕ／Ｎｕ０）／（ｆ／ｆ０）０．２９之值可高达２．９５。
Experimental study of forced convection heat transfer in a horizontal circulartube with multiple flag-inserts is performed to investigate the characteristics of fluid flow and heattransfer.The warking fluid is 30# turbine oil.The number of flag-insert is 1～5.The range of ex-perimental variables are 146≤Pr≤206; 1067≤Re≤685.7.When 4 inserts are fixed in the tubethe highest rato of h/h0 can be 4.1,but the maximum Δp/Δp0 is only 3.4. The highest value of creteria to evaluate the combined effect reachs 2.95.
