摘要
研究了圆管内均匀布置1~5片旗形件时油的强化传热及流阻特性。当工质参数处于146≤Pr≤206和852≤Re≤6857时以4片旗形件最佳;其换热系数h与光管换热系数h0之比可高达4.1;而压降之比(Δp/Δp0)最高只有3.4;综合判据(Nu/Nu0)/(f/f0)0.29之值可高达2.95。
Experimental study of forced convection heat transfer in a horizontal circulartube with multiple flag-inserts is performed to investigate the characteristics of fluid flow and heattransfer.The warking fluid is 30# turbine oil.The number of flag-insert is 1~5.The range of ex-perimental variables are 146≤Pr≤206; 1067≤Re≤685.7.When 4 inserts are fixed in the tubethe highest rato of h/h0 can be 4.1,but the maximum Δp/Δp0 is only 3.4. The highest value of creteria to evaluate the combined effect reachs 2.95.
