摘要
论述德育政策的制定应遵循的政治原则、人的全面发展原则、连续性原则、协调发展原则、适度倾斜原则、适应与超前原则。就建国以来党和国家在不同时期为高校德育工作制定的一系列政策进行了分析与评价。最后就制定和贯彻德育政策提出了三点建议。
Moral eudcation should follow the following principles: political nature, continuity, coordinative development, all-round development, favouritism, farsightedness. The paper also illustrated and evaluated the series of policies made for moral edcation in higher institutions during the different periods after the foundation of P. R. C. . Three pieces of davice were put forward for making and implementing moral education policies.
