对热轧钢板实时优化剪切系统中热钢板的图象处理进行了研究,分析了热钢板端部成象的特点,重点阐述了热钢板端部图象处理与分析技术,提出了多点最小二乘畸变校正方法,减少了图象复原误差.

The image processing in real time optimal shearingsystem of hot rolling steel plate is investigated. Thefeatures of imaging on the end of hot steel plates areanalysed. The image processing and analysis technol-ogy on the end imaging are emphasised. Tominimisse the image recover error, multiple-point least square method for distortion correction is stated.
