摘要
介绍一种采用多个不同分辨力的A/D转换器实现高速、高分辨力复合式A/D转换器的方法,分析了该转换器的原理和电路结构,设计了用两个12位A/D转换器组成的24位A/D转换器的具体电路。
A method of implementing composed A/D converter with high speed and high resolution by using multiple A/D converters with different resolution is introduced. The principle and circuit configuration of that converter are analyzed. The concrete circuit of a 24-bit A/D converter composed of two 12-bit A/D converters is designed.
