摘要
众所周知,半导体热敏电阻的电阻值R(Ω)和绝对温度T(K)之间通常用下式表示: R=Ae<sup>B/T</sup>式中A——T趋向于无穷大时的电阻值 B——具有温度量纲的常值系数实践证明,用式(1)来拟合热敏电阻的数学模型,当温度范围在75K以上时,会带来明显的误差,从而使采用热敏电阻的测温仪表的测温精度大为降低,文献〔1〕提出如下的改进公式:
The new mathematic model of thermistor is discussed and the compensation circuit is presented. The experiments verified that the fitting accuracy of the new model may be ten times better, thus the accuracy of the temperature measurement will behigher if the new mathematic model of thermistor being used in temperature-frequency converter.
