摘要
在酸性高锰酸钾法测定高锰酸盐指数和Mn+7+I+H+反应液吸收光谱研究的基础上,研究选择双波长光度法测定CODMn的新方法。实验结果表明,该法计算曲线稳定,变异系数为2.1~4.7%,加标回收率为97.0%~104.5%。本法应用于水体中CODMn测定,结果满意。
Based on determining the indez of permangante by using the perman-ganate method aad the absorption speetrum of reaction solution with Mn+7+I-+H+ was studied. New analytical method of determining COD Mn as choosing dual-wave length spectrophotometry was developed. Experimental results showed that the cal-culated curve is stable. The coefeicients of variation was 2.1%~4.7%, and tke spil-ced recoveries were in the range of 97.0%~104.5%。This method has baen applied to the analysis of COD Mn in water with satisfactory results.
