摘要
本文从已驯化好的活性污泥菌悬液中分离筛选出水胺硫磷的降解优势菌,并对其降解条件进行了实验研究。当温度为25℃,PH为0.5~7.5,水胺硫磷进水浓度为135mg/L,停留时间为12h.在供氧条件下,水胺硫磷降解率可达72.3%。而混合菌在最佳条件下,其水胺硫磷降解率为55.8%。本文还对菌种进行了鉴定。
In this paper, superior bacteria of degradation for isocarbophos is separated and screened. Experimetal study on its condition of degradationo kas also been done,The result shows that when the temperature is 25℃, pH is 0. 5~7.5.the consistency of isocarbophos is 135mg/L, degradatioa time is 12h,and oxgyen is supplied,degradation rata for isocarbophos can reach 72.3%. But when mixed bacteria groups are used in this optimum condition,the rate can only be 55.8%. In this study,the appraisal of bacteria has been done.
