摘要
选用1.5次微分伏安法和循环伏安法对鸟嘌呤在碳纤维微电极上的电化学行为进行了研究。鸟嘌呤的阳极氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-4~5.0×10-7mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,最低检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L。本文讨论了实验条件,建立了新的灵敏的测定鸟嘌呤的方法,并对实际生物样品进行了测定。
The 1. 5 order differential voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry are used to in-vestigate the electrochemical oxidation of guanine at a carbon fiber microelectrode. The peak currentis linearly proportional with guanine concentration in the range of 1.0×10-4 ~5.0×10-7mol/Land the detection limit is 1. 0× 10-7mol/L,The optimum experimental conditions are found.A sen-sitive method for determination of guanine in biological specimen is developed.
