文中使用ＰｉｔｍａｎＮｅａｒｎｅｓｓ准则，对Ｂａｙｅｓ准则及容许性中出现的悖论，给出其合理解释，并在估计类｛ＣＳ｝中给出其最优ＰＮ估计。

This paper deals with the conflict between the conclusion of Bayes and the admisibilitycriterion.A reasonable explanation is given by using Pitman Nearness criterion,and its best PN esti-mator is also presented in the family{CS}.
