Histology and Histochemistry of the Respiratory System in Eriocheir Sinensis

采用组织学和Ｆｅｕｌｇｅｎ、Ｕｎｎａ－Ｂｒａｃｈｅｔ等９种组化方法，分析了鳃中部分物质的分布状况。结果表明Ｆｅｕｌｇｅｎ阳性反应只限于各类细胞核中，胞质中普遍含有ＲＮＡ；整个系统ＨｇＢＰＢ反应呈阳性；ＰＡＳ反应示Ｒ细胞合糖元，其余呈ＰＡＳ阳性的均为中性或酸性粘多糖，且多与蛋白质形成结合物。本文还对鳃的多种功能进行了探讨。

The respiratory system of Eriocheir sinensis is studied with histology and histochemistry.The respiratory system of this crab is composed of six gills. Every lamilla is made of afferent branchial vessel,efferent branchial vessel,gill axis(in which there are nephrocytes and small blood vessels)and gill filament(which is made of epithellum cells and trabecular cells). Gill filament has the marginal vessels and central portions. The latter is characterized by the presence of a well developed capillary network. Thistochemical studies demonstrate that proteins abuund in every tissue of the respiratory sys-tem,Nueleic acids are not found in all the structureless substances.
