传统的物理、化学与生物学之间关于进化与退化的认识，发生过尖锐的矛盾。而普利高津的耗散结构理论，则解决了这一矛盾。本文着重从自然科学与哲学的辩证角度，探讨耗散结构所蕴藏的思想意义，具有普遍的方法论意义。

As to the relation between evolu tion and degeneration. there had been conflicts amongtraditional chemistry. physics and biology before the theory of dissipative structure was establishedby prigogine.This article aims at researching into the significance of the dissipative structure in thelight of narural science and philosophical dialectics.It is of universal methedological importance.
