摘要
本实验对２６例不同胎龄的胎儿胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶的分泌功能进行研究，进一步证实外分泌功能与胎龄及胰重量成正比。３８周胎龄的十二指肠液中虽测到这二种酶的含量远低于成人，但以胎胰为移植供体时。
he secretery function of trypsin and lipase of pancreas from 26 dead fetuses werestudied,it further showed that the exocrine function of fetal pancreas is directly pro-portional to the pancreatic weight and fetal age, Although the level of trypsin andlipasein the duodenal juice of 38th week fetus is very lower than that of them in aduIt, fetalpancreas as a doner for transplantation, the pancreatic duct should be rnanaged withligation.
