重庆地区胃、十二指肠疾病患者幽门螺杆菌感染的调查

STUDY ON PREVALENCE OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH GASTRODUODENAL DISEASEA IN CAONGQING

本文采用分离培养、尿素酶试验及直接涂片革兰氏染色镜检等方法，对１７９８例胃镜受检者的幽门螺杆菌感染情况进行的调查表明，该菌的总感染率为４９．７％，其中浅表性胃炎、十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡和浅表性胃炎合并十二指肠球炎患者的感染率分别为４７．３％、７５．９％、７０．９％和４９。４％，复合溃疡、胃癌、慢性胃炎、胆汁返流性胃炎和浅表性萎缩性胃炎患者的感染率分别为２７。３％、２３．５％、１５．４％、１３．２％和１２．５％。

study of the Helicobacter pylori (HP)infection was carried out in 1 798 patientsvvith gastroduodenal diseases in Chongqing area by means of culture,urease test andsmears, and Gram stain n1icroscopy.The overall rate of HP infection was 49.7%,andamong them the paticnts with superficial gastritis, duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer and su-perficial gastritis corr111lned with duodenitis were 47.3%,75.9, 70.9%,and 49.4%re-spectively, and the patients with gastric ulcer combined duodenal ulcer,gastric carcinoma,chronic gastritis,bile reflux gastritis and superficial atrophic gastritis were 27.3%,23,5%,15.4%,13.2%and 12.5%respectively.
