不用清洁灌肠的结肠清洁法在结肠双对比X线检查中的效果观察

RADIOLOGIC OBSERVATION OF COLONIC CLEANSING REG-IMEN WITHOUT CLEANSING ENEMA FOR DOUBLE-CON-TRAST BARIUM ENEMA EXAMINATION

本文对不用清洁灌肠的结肠清洁方法连续运用５１９例，并对其效果进行评价。本清洁法程序包括限制饮食、大量饮水及泻剂的运用。本文分析了５１９例结肠的清洁效果，井与其他方法进行比较。分析结果显示采用本清洁法的５１９例中，结肠清洁度达良好者４８６例（占９３．６％），与其他方法效果相仿，但本方法更简便、有效。因而，结肠双对比检查病人的结肠清洁可不用清洁灌肠了。

olonic cleansing regimen without cleansing enema was assessed in a prospective survey of 519patients referred for double-contrast barium enema. The regimen consists of dietary restriction, largequantity of oral fluids and a laxative,The results of 519 consecutive double-contrast barium enemaexamination were analysed and compared with other methods of preparation. Among 519 pationts,goodresults for radiologic visualization could be found in 486 (g3. 64%).The results showed that the regimenis as effective as other method of preparation but it is more simple and efficient.Therefore, it is notnecessry for the most double-contrast enema to brave a cleansing enema
