摘要
本组用国产碎石机引发的高能冲击波(HESW)处理人体胃腺癌细胞株(SGC-7901)细胞悬液后,发现其细胞活性,细胞生长速度和集落形成力均有所下降,且与HESW的次数和电压的高低有明显的相关性,表明HESW对人体胃腺癌有即刻的毒性作用,还能抑制该肿瘤细胞的生长。电压越高,冲击次数越多,对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用越显著。
he biological effect of high energy shock wdves(HESW)on human gastric adenocarcinomacell line(SGC-7901)was investigated. After exposure of the cell suspension of SGC-7901HESW induced by JT-II lithotripter, the cell viability, cell growth rate ,and nmubers of colonyformed in liquid clonogenic assay were lowered.All of them were closely related to shocks andvoltage of HESW The results demomstrated that HESW can damage the human tumor cells a-cutely and lower the ability of tumorcell growth obviously.The higher the voltage and shocks ofHESW were, the more intensely the tumor cells were inhabited.
