脑星形细胞瘤的CT表现(附109例分析)

CT imaging features of brain astrocytoma(Analysis or 109 Cases)

本文分析了109例经手术、病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤的CT表现。讨论了不同级别星形细胞瘤在形成CT表现的病理基础。Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的低密度主要为实质性肿瘤本身含水分较多（81—82％）以及肿瘤的囊性变。Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的低密度主要是肿瘤的坏死。呈混杂密度改变多为病灶内含有不同级别的肿瘤小区、灶性坏死、囊变、陈旧性出血。高密度为钙化和出血。星形细胞瘤的增强显影率与肿瘤的恶性度（级别）有关。

:CT features of 109 cases of surgically and pathologically proved astrocytoma were ana-lyzed,to evaluate the underlying pathology of astrocytoma of different grades Hypodensity of grade I -I astrocytoma were mainly related to watery content of solid tumor (81-82%)and cystie degenera-tion. Hypodensity of grade Ⅲ- Ⅳ astrocytoma main corresponded to mecrosis. Mixed density area werecontributed by lesions with different grade microtumor area, necrotic area,cystic degeneration and oldhemorrhage. Hyperdensity relate to calcification and hemorrhage intumor. The rate of enhanced featurecorrected to degree of malignization of tumor in astrocytoma.
