摘要
对铁水包在吹气搅拌条件下的流速场进行了水力学模型试验研究。采用超声多谱勒流速仪测试了其流速分布,找出透气塞分布和吹气流量对流速场的影响,测定了模型中模拟球化剂的固体颗粒向流体内部的卷入深度,得出了气动脱硫球化的基本原理。还对气动脱硫球化工艺进行了实型试验考察,结果表明,吹气搅拌球化处理工艺效果良好,可省掉倒包操作,减少铁水温度损失。
The flow velocity field of iron melt in the gas-stirred ladle with porous plug was hydraulically modelled, the velocity distribution was measured by using Doppler ultraphonic velocity instrument, the effect of different position of porous plug and gas flow onthe velocity field has been found, and the depth of fluid, into which the solid particlessimulating nodulizer in the modelling device are churned up, was also determined, thusobtaining basic principle for gas-stirred desulphurization and nodulizing. The processwas applied to practical procluction and the results indicated that the nodularizing treatment of cast iron using gas-stirred ladle is effective, save one step in the exchange of ladles and reduce the loss of temperature of iron melt.
