摘要
研究了铸钢件表面增碳及不同模样材料对增碳的影响。结果表明,对于ZG450,采用聚苯乙烯做模样,铸件表层增碳严重;采用聚甲基丙烯酸醋(PMMA)做模样,可以有效地减少铸件表面增碳。
An investigation was carried out into the surface carbon pickup in steel castings andthe effect of various pattern materials. The results showed that the surface carbon pickup in ZG450 steel castings was serious using polystyrene (EPS) patterns, while itcould be effectively reduced by using polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) patterns.
