Influence of Carbon and Silicon Contents on the Ferritization in Centrifugal Cast Ductile Iron Pipe Produced with Resin-bonded Sand

简述了在树脂砂型离心铸造球铁管时，管中碳、硅含量与铸态铁素体含量问的关系；确定了离心铸造铸态球铁管中铁素体含量超过８０％时，铁管化学成分中碳、硅含量的合适范围。

The relationships between C, Si contents and ferrite amount in centrifugal cast ductile iron pipe produced with resin-bonded sand mould are briefly presented. The properranges of C, Si contents in the centrifugal cast ductile iron pipe were determined when the ferrite amount is over 80%.
