摘要
在含稀土的球铁中加入微量Bi和Sb可使石墨球数显著增加,石墨球变得更细小、圆整,铁素体量增加,性能改善。石墨核心主要由稀土与Bi、Sb、Al等元素组成的一些复杂化合物。因此,微量Bi、Sb对球铁具有显著的孕育作用。
The addition of trace Bi and Sb to ductile iron containing rare earth can increase thenodule count and ferrite amment and make the graphite nodule smaller and rounder,thusimproving properties. The.nucleus of graphite nodule mainly are complex compoundsconsisting of RE, Bi, Sb, Al. etc, therefore,trace Bi and Sb had remarkable effect oninoculation of heavy-section ductile iron.
