摘要 酯硬化法比CO2硬化法水玻璃砂强度高的主要原因是粘结膜凝胶胶粒小。酯法能使凝胶胶粒细化主要是由于酯分解出的醋酸和聚硅酸表面硅羟基以氢键键合,使硬化过程中胶粒的长大受到制约。作者合成并选择了几种以水溶性聚合物为基的树脂对水玻璃改性,吹CO2硬化后,使胶粒细化。用13CNMR谱对改性水玻璃进行检查,证实树脂中的羰基和水玻璃中的硅羟基之间形成了氢键。 The refinement of gel grains is the main reason for having higher strength of the ester-hardened silicate sands than that of CO2-hardened silicate sands,the refining effect of gel grains hardened by organic ester arises from decomposing ester into acetic acid and polysilicic acid where 'H' bond is formed, thus restricting growth of gel grains during hardening process. Some aqueous organic polymers were synthesized and applied as modifier for sodium silicate. The results showed that the gel grains of sodium silicate hardened by gassing with CO2 were refined. It is confirmed by 13C NMR spectrum that the 'H' bonds have been formed between the carbonyl group of the modified resins and the silanol group of sodium silicate.
