摘要
采用正交试验法,研究了微量Nb、Te、B对铸态贝氏体球铁组织的影响。结果表明,Nb最强烈,然后依次是Te和B;这三种微量元素的适宜加入量为0.16%Nb、25ppmTe、20ppmB。在此条件下,还分析了Ni量变化对球铁组织和性能的影响。
A study has been made for the effect of trace elements Nb, Te and B on the structure of as-cast bainitic ductile iran using the orthogonal experimental method, among them Nb has strong effect, in turn Te and B. The optimum addition levels of above elements are 0. 16%Nb, 25ppm Te and 20ppm B. In addition, the effects of adding Ni onthe microstructure and properties of ductile iron also analysed.
