摘要
本实验以比利时Electro-Nite公司的铸铁热分析数学模型为测量尺度,参考国内现有的样杯形式,对四种具有不同试样量和热电偶热接点位置的方型样杯进行浇铸实验。通过对数学模型的计算值与化学分析值的相对误差分析,结果表明,样杯的试样量和热接点位置对铸铁的碳含量、硅含量、碳当量、冷却曲线的形态以及凝固时间的预报精度有很大的影响。本文着重讨论它们对硅含量预报精度的影响。
The effect of sample volume and the position of thermojunction on silicon content forecasting isemphasised in this artical.Four kinds of square sample cup which have different sample volume and the position ofthermojunction are experimented on pouring. Through analysing relative error between the computing value bymathematics pattern and the value of chermistry analysing. the exporimental results shows that the sample volumeand the position of thermojunction have a great effect on the forecasting precision of carbon content. silicon content. carbon eqttivalent. ccoling curve shape and solidification time.All type of the sample cup that existed in our countryare test and experimental value is measured according to the cast iron thermal analysis mathematics patternintroduced from Belgian Electro-Nite Company.
