摘要
用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸、耐磨等试验方法,探讨了Ti对ZA合金铸态组织性能和时效特性的影响。结果指出,Ti使铸态组织由树枝状变成块状和花瓣状;Ti含量增加,耐磨性、耐蚀性(在海水、30#机油、2%NaOH水溶液中)提高,σb、HB先增后减;Ti能延缓时效过程,选择合适的时效工艺,可获得较好的强度。
In this paper. by the rnethods of optical microseope.scaning eletronic micrescope.tensile and weartest. the effect of Ti on as-cast structure porperties and ageing characteristic of ZA alloy has been approached.Theresults show that the cast structure can be changed from bronch crystal into lump and petal crystal.The wearresistance and corrosion resistance in sea water. 30 # machine oil and 2%NaOH solution can be raised.With theincreasing of Ti content t he σb and HB first increaseld and then decreased.Ti delaies the ageing process. and higherstrength can be gained by stiitable ageing technology.
