摘要
研究了硅在新型贝氏体/马氏体复相球铁中的作用。结果在明:硅提高新型贝氏体/马氏体复相球铁的马氏休相变开始温度(Ms),在实验热处理工艺条件下,硅减少残余奥氏体(γ残)数量。但硅促进贝氏体转变,因而减少了复相中的马氏体数量。在2.5%~3.7wt%范围内,哇含量提高,新型贝氏体/马氏体复相球铁的冲击韧性提高。
Behavious of Si in bainite /martensite spheroidal graphite( B/M SG)cast iron have beeninvestigated.The resuts show :Si increases martensite transformation starting temperature(Ms)of the B/M SG castiron. Under the experimental heat treatment conditions.Si decreases the amount of retained austenite. but promoteshinitic transformation. As a result. Si decreases the amount of martensite. The impact energy of the B/MSG castiron increases with the increase of Si content in the range from 2.5 to 3.7 wt%。
