摘要
研究了保温冒口在有色金属铸造中的作用。结果在明:采用膨胀珍珠岩和空心微珠等材料,按三种方案配比,配以适当的干燥工艺,可以使冒口体积缩小50%,保温冒口金属的凝固时间延长1~3倍,工艺出品率提高10%~25%。
The role of insulated riser in the nonferrous alloys casting has been studed. The results showed that.using expansive pearlite and hollow bead materials when they were composed by three differant ways and baked. the riser velume can reduced by 5 0%。 The solidification time of insulated riser will last one to three times longer and casting yield can be increased be 10~25%.
