摘要
采用回转水激冷凝固制线装置纺制Fe-5Si-3B、Al-4.5Cu和Sn三种不同的金属细线。结果表明:在三种合金中,Sn最易纺制成连续细线、AL-4.5Cu合金次之,而re-5Si-3B合金较难纺制。分析发现,回转水激冷成线能力与合金本身所固有物性有关,并讨论了合金物性对回转水激冷成线的影响。
Three kinds of different metallic wires,Fe-SBi-38,Al-4.5Cu and Sn, have been made by the inrotating-water spinning method,The result indlcates that , of the three different alloys,it is the easiest for Sn tobe spinned into continuous metallic wire,the second easier Al-4.5Cu ,and the third for Fe-5Si-3B. It has beenbronght up through analysis that in-rotating-water spining ability is related to the inherent physical properties ofalloy itself. Effect of the physical properties of the alloys on the in-rotating-water spining ability has also beendiscussed in details.
