摘要
通过对高温静态拉伸条件下合金的应力/应变分析,提出铸造合金凝固热裂为表观脆性而本质塑性断裂;结合拉伸断口的SEM分析,揭示了其断裂机制与力学特征的联系。
Based on the stress/strain behavior of a kind of Al-alloy at elevated temperature under statictension, It is pointed out that the hot tearing has the characteristic of apparaent brittle fracture but of plasticfracture in essential. The relation between the fracture mechcanism and the mechanical properties is revealedthrough the SEM analysis of the tensile fractures.
