简要介绍了高炉冷却壁的使用工况。着重分析高韧性铁囊体球墨铸铁材料在化学成分设计、熔炼工艺、球化处理、孕育处理及在铸件内设置冷却水管防渗碳试验的工艺研制特征及体会。

In this paper,the employed conditions of blast furnace cooling wall is simply introduced.The technological faeture of chemical composition designing。melting,spheroidization,inoculation and cementation resistance test by means of cast in cooling water tube in the casting of high toughness ferrite ductile cast iron had been presented. At the same time, some understanding about them is also issued.
