凝固数值模拟中铸件三维实体造型及三维网络自动剖分的研究

The Study of 3-Dimensional Geometric Modelling and Lattice Auto-division in the Digital Simulation of Casting Solidifications

运用截面组合法ＳＰＭ（ＳｅｃｔｉｏｎＰａｃｋｅｄＭｅｔｈｏｄ）及彩色识别法ＣＲＭ（ＣｏｌｏｒＲｅｃｂｇｎｉｔｉｏｎＭｅｔｈｏｄ）研制了在个人计算机上的铸件三维实体造型及三维有限差分网格自动剖分软件系统ＧＡＬ（ＧｅｏｍｅｔｒｉｃＭｏｄｅｌｌｉｎｇａｎｄＬａｔｔｉｃｅＤｉｖｓｉｏｎ），该系统可作为诸如温度场、流场等数值模拟的前处理。

In this paper, the SPM(Section Packed Method)and CRM(Color Recognition Method)areapplied. The software system GAL(Geometric Modelling and Lattice Dlvision)are developed.On PCmicrocomputer,This system can be used as a pro-treatment of digital simulation such as temperature field,fluidfield.
