摘要
本文介绍了由钙蒙脱土经适当处理成锂蒙脱土的变性机理、原材料选用和整套生产工艺,以及锂土的性能和在醇基涂料中的应用情况。生产实践表明:这种锂土是各种醇基涂料理想的悬浮剂之一。
This paper mainly describes the inorganic ion exchange principle and proper process in the conversion of Calcium montm orillonite to Lithium montm orillonite.The selection of raw materials, the entire production technology and the property of Lithium bentonite as well as the application of Lithium bentonite in alcohol based coating are also discussed in this paper.
