真空挤泥机的改进设计

根据挤泥机的结构特点,提出设计挤泥机时,在减速器高速轴上直接安装离合器实现悬臂传动,采用标准减速器便于维修和制造,不宜采用两种缸径共用加泥斗,选择合适的绞刀密封段长度等改进措施.

According to the structural characteristic of extruders,the author put forward in the design of an extruder the adoption of a clutch directly fitted to the high-speed axle of the reducer to effect cantilever transmissicon,adopted standard reducer to ease maintenance and repain, discarded the use of two different barrel part. Diameters with the same inlet hopper and selected the suitable length of sealed barrel part. These technical measuses improved the quality of green-bicks shaped.
