摘要
本文根据挤泥机螺旋绞刀的质量要求,提出用金属模铸造绞刀的方法,对金属模型的制造和绞刀的铸造工艺作了简要论述.并通过3种绞刀的应用对比,阐明了金属模铸造绞刀的优越性、缺点及其改进措施.
According to the quality requirement of extruders spiral worm spade, this paper puts forward the method of casting spade with metallic mould. It explains briefly the making of metallic mould and process of casting worm spade. Through the comparison of three kinds spades in application. It affords the advantages and disadvantages of cast spade. The paper ends with appropriate measures of improvement.
