摘要
从挤泥机的工作原理出发,论述劈离砖双泥条挤泥机在结构参数如泥缸、机头、机咀和芯具上与普通真空挤泥机的差别,并在生产试验的基础上确定了合理的参数;简述了挤出泥条的缺陷及其产生的原因和解决的方法.
This paper expouds the structural parameters of twin-slug split-tile extruder from the working principle of extruders,which have the difference such as barrel,spacer,mouth, bridge and cores as compared with common vacuum extruder. Reasonable parameters are determined based on trial production. Brief talking on the column reason of defects and solve methods.
