摘要
通过对隧道窑风机工作状况及所用电机功率的消耗不利于节电的分析,阐述感应电动机变频调速原理及应用现代变频技术成果的意义.经计算分析证明,拖动隧道窑风机的低压交流感应电动机采用交流变频调速方法调节风量,可改善隧道窑热工性能并有显著的节能价值.
Through the analysis of the state of tunnel-kilns fan draught and its electric-motor's power being not adaptable to electricity saving,the paper explains the principle of induction electric-motor with adjusting speed to variable frequency and the function of using modern variable frequency technique. Calculation analysis proves, with the adoption of var-ifrequency-adjusting-speed method to adjust air amount,the low-voltage alternating current induction electric-motor can drive the tunnel-kiln fans with improved tunnel-kiln heat-effect and apparent energy-saving result.
