摘要
根据热处理温度控制和实时管理现场条件与需求,开发了用于PC和多台智能仪表之间进行数据传送的多路通信控制器。提出通信控制的排队策略,改变过去等时等待方式,节省系统通信时间,并对通信协议结构、硬件设计及软件开发作了介绍。
Based on the field conditions and requirements of temperature control and real time management for heat treatment.communication controller with multiple channels for data transmission between PC and multiple intelligent instruments are developed.The queuing strategy of communication control is stated. With this method,the waiting scheme is changed and the communication time of the system is saved. The structure of the communication pro-tocol.hardware design and software development are also introduced.
