摘要
论述了以８０９８单片机为核心的高压开关测试仪的测试原理。该仪器在硬件上充分利用了高性能单片机８０９８的各种优越性能，在软件上采用了ＰＬ／Ｍ—９６高级语言，使测试功能更加完善，人机界面更加友好。
In this paper,the testing priniciple of 8098 single-chip computer based high-volt switch tester is described,which takes all the advantages of 8098 single-chip computer in its hardware design and adopts PL/M/96 high level language for its software programmingl and thus makes its test functions more complete and manmachine interface more friendly.
