摘要
晋陕蒙接壤区能源、矿产资源十分丰富，在全国劳动地域中担负着能源供应基地、铝工业基地和化工基地的重要任务。本文就能、矿资源的开发，工业发展方向的选择，工业区的划分和区内工业的合理布局，进行了充分的讨论，并对尽快建成国家级能源、化工基地，促进区内经济迅速发展和生态环境条件的进一步改善所应采取的对策，提出建议。
The contiguous area of Jin-Shan-Mong abounds with energy and mineral resources and serves as energy supply base, aluminum industrial base and chemical industrial base in the areal division of labour in the country. The paper fully examines the exploitation of energy and mineral resources, selection of industrial development orientation, division of industrial areas and rational areal allocation of industry. Countermeasures are raised for the acceleration of the pace on construction of energy and chemical base, promotion of rapid development of economy and further improvement of eco-environmental conditions in the area.
