摘要
为了解心脏右室的全貌及电学变化规律,用日本6151型心电图机描记50例健康人全部右胸导联(V_1、V_3R~V_9R)心电图.结果:距心脏右室近的导联,R波振幅均值大,反之,均值小.S波振幅均值自V_1、V_3R~V_9R依次减小.正常人出现的Q>0.04秒>R/4,S—T段抬高>0.05毫伏,难与发病的右室梗死鉴别.上述结果表明:全右胸导联心电图不能客观反映心脏右室的全貌,故亟应寻找新导联、新方法,全方位观察心脏.
The electrocardiograms (ECGs) were recorded from Vl,V3R-V9Rleads in50 normal subjects to learn the whole picture and the electrical activity of rhe right ventricle The R wave in leads near to the right ventricle showed high amplitude,while in leads distal to the ventricle the wave was of low magnitude. The S wave amplitude decreased successively in VI V3R-V9R leads The ECGs in normal adugts revealed Q wave duration > 0. 04S > R/4,and ST-segment elevation >0.05mv, which make it difficult to diifferetiate from the changes of myocardial infarction of right uentricle. The results suggest that the ECGs in V1,V3R-V9R leads are unable to manifest the overall situarion of the right ventricle and therefire new approach is waiting for furtherinvestigation
