甲硝唑、谷维素、维生素B_1联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎 被引量:1

摘要 1987年5月~1993年2月我们应用甲硝唑、谷维素、维生素B_1(甲谷维方案)治疗溃疡性结肠炎(溃结)66例,疗效较好.报告如下.1 材料与方法1.1 病例选择标准(1)连续或反复发作脓血样、粘液样或血便、可伴腹痛、纳差、消瘦或肠外症状;(2)可排除阿米巴痢疾、菌痢、血吸虫病及克隆氏病;(3)结肠镜下粘膜连续性损害(多自直肠起病),充血水肿,血管纹模糊,点片状出血糜烂或有小而不规则溃疡面,其间残存粘膜岛,可覆脓性分泌物,慢性期见肠袋变浅、粘膜粗呈颗粒状或假息肉形成;(4)病理活检呈轻重不等炎症反应,可有林状细胞减少,腺上皮增生和隐窝脓肿,慢性期腺体萎缩.1.2 一般资料 治疗组66例,男46例,女20例。
