摘要
为了解决川东深井高密度聚合物钻井液面临的技术问题,根据川东地区高密度钻井液的技术要求与技术现状,结合国内高密度聚舍物钻井液的研究情况,经过大量反复的现场实践,确定了川东深井高密度聚合物钻井液现实可行的技术路线——适度分散的强抑制、强封堵特性的钾钙基沥青树脂两性离子聚合物高密度钻井液,其典型配方为:预水化新浆(或上部井段聚合物低固相钻井液)+XY27(或再复配SK—4等低分子量聚合物)+SMp+KHm+CaO+沥青类处理剂+润滑防卡剂+加重剂。此体系在保持磺化高密度钻井液优点的同时又较好地解决了磺化高密度钻井液和聚合物不分散高密度钻井液未能解决的问题,收到了显著的技术经济效益,为研究建立复杂地区深井聚合物高密度钻井液体系提供了有益的参考。
Problems existed in Chuandong area are introduced , such as higher gel strength, higher consumption of mud additives , serious dispersion of mud shale and higher solid content . A new polymer mud is adopted to deal with the above problems . The mud composition comprises (1) prehydrated slurry , (2) XY - 27 , an amphoteric polymer , (3) SMP , sulfonated phenol formaldehyde resin , (4) KHm , potassium hurnic ,(5) calcium oxide , (6) asphalt product , (7) lubricator and weighting material . It is shown that this drilling fluid possesses good inhibity and advantage of polymer mud , it can satisfy the demand of deep drilling
