摘要
介绍了一种空气雾化钻井井壁稳定性模拟实验装置,该装置雾化效果好,雾化液量、风速、温度可调节,可很好地模拟液滴与岩心的相互作用和高速气流对井壁的剪切作用。提出两种评价井壁稳定性的方法:井壁针入度法和井径法。针入度和井径均可用针入度仪测定。针入度法能敏感地反映岩心与雾化空气之间因物理化学作用所引起的岩心强度的变化;井径法能反映岩心遇雾时吸水膨胀和风速对井壁剪切冲蚀作用的综合结果。这两种评价方法重现性好,规律性强。
A simulated instrument for the evaluation of wellbore stability of air drilling is presented . It is shown that the wellbore stability can be evaluated by needle penetration and hole diameter methods . Needle penetration can predict the change of core strength after hydrating , and hole diameter can predict the comprehensive result of core after hydrating and mechanical eroding .
