摘要
分析研究了MSF正电胶与MSF钻井液的微观结构及其流变性、抑制防塌性、动静滤失规律、配伍性与电性转化。验证并解释了MSF钻井液具有独特的流变性、良好的泥页岩抑制性和井壁稳定性、良好的抗电解质污染性、较高的热稳定性和润滑性,以及对地层损害低等多种功能。并指出,使用该钻井液井眼净化好,悬浮能力强,井径规则,井眼扩大率小,电测成功率高,机械钻速快,综合成本低。
MSF , similar to mixed metal hydroxide (MMH) , was developed by Jianghan Petroleum Institute . Tests indicate MSF drilling fluid possesses good shear thinning property , fragile and flat gel strength . The complex structure of MSF and sodium bentonite was investigated by SEM . It is shown that yield power law rheological model is suitable for MSF drilling fluid . The theory of surface gel is proposed to explain the anti - sloughing mechanism of MSF drilling Fluid .
