辽河油田沙河街组硬脆性泥页岩防塌评价方法的研究

On the evaluation method of anti-collapse for fragile Shahejie shale of Liaohe oil field

介绍了硬脆性泥页岩稳定性评价的几种新方法——改进的热滚分散法、泥饼强度测试法及动滤失试验法。并用来评价JHS化学稳定剂的性能。结果表明,改进的热滚分散法能有效地评价硬脆性泥页岩的稳定性,泥饼强度冲刷仪能定量测定不同钻井液体系的泥饼质量。

New evaluation methods for fragile shale are introduced, including improved hot rolling test, filter cake strength tester, and dynamic filtration test. It is shown that the stabilityof fragile shale can be evaluated by improved hot rolling test. A polymer shale inhibitor JHS for the fragile shale formation existed in Liaohe oil field is presented.
