摘要
研究了含有不同表面活性剂的G级水泥悬浮体在经过磁处理前后其ζ电位的变化规律。实验结果表明,经磁处理后,水泥悬浮体中颗粒的ζ电位约增加10~20mV;同时,本文从吸附理论出发,论证了水泥悬浮体经磁处理后其稳定性增加是由于表面活性剂分子在水泥颗粒表面的吸附更整齐且紧密所致。这为解释磁场对水泥悬浮体流变性的增效作用提供了理论依据。
To understand the magnetization mechanism of cement slurry, Zeta potential of cement particles was determined. An absolute value increase of Zeta potential after magnetization was found. It is proposed that magnetization improves the colloidal stability and fluidity of cement slurry.
