摘要
聚合物不分散泥浆由于具有絮凝、剪切稀释及防塌三大优点,已成为各油田主要采用的钻井泥浆体系。我们在室内研究中将取自大港、中原和渤海的三种聚合物泥浆通过加高炉水淬矿渣、新型激活剂、调凝剂和流变性能改进剂成功地转化为水泥浆,并根据循环温度的要求(40℃~120℃),将不同密度的矿渣泥浆固化液的稠化时间调至1h至几小时,而且流变性、抗压强度和API滤失量满足了固井施工的要求。文中还对我国主要的钢铁公司生产的高炉矿渣情况进行了讨论。
Blast furnace slag (BFS) was used to converting non - dispersed polymer mud to cement slurry. By using thickening time control agent, activator and rheology conditioner, the thickening time of MTC slurry can be adjusted from 1 to several hours, operation circulating temperature may be in the range of 40 to 120 C. 3 examples are given, including field muds of Dagang, Zhongyuan and Bohai oil fields.
