摘要
本文作者用PCR技术对3例保存30年半的血痕及新鲜毛发标本进行性别鉴定,其方法是从陈旧血痕及新鲜毛发标本中提取DNA,用蛋白酶K进行消化,然后用两组引物Y1.1与Y1.2和Aul9.1、Aul9.2及国产FD耐热DNA聚合酶进行聚合酶链反应扩增DNA,电泳分析Y及Aul重复序列,从而判断血痕及毛发性别。
This paper reports the determination of sex of human blood stains stored three and a half for years and hair by the DNA amplification technique. The blood stains and hair were digested with proteinase K. Amplification of DNA was carried out using two pairs of primcr Y1.1 Y1.2and Aul9.1 Aul9.2and heat stable FD polymerase. The amplified products were subjected to agarose gelelectrophoresis. Sex of blood stains and hair were determined according to the amplified products.
