高血压病红细胞ATP酶活性和离子浓度的改变及其药物干预的影响

摘要 观察59例高血压病(EH)患者红细胞ATP酶活性和细胞内离于浓度以及尼群地平和卡托普利降压治疗后的变化,结果:EH患者Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性显著低于正常人,细胞Na+和Ca2+浓度显著升高,Mg2+-ATP酶活性无显著差异,且平均动脉压与Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性和细胞Ca2+浓度呈显著相关性。降压治疗后,尼群地平组Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶显著升高,细胞Na+和Ca2+浓度显著降低;卡托普利组Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶和细胞Ca2+浓度亦分别显著升高与降低。结果表明EH患者存在细胞钠和钙离子转运障碍,ATP酶活性受抑制可能是发病的重要环节,两种降压药至少在一定程度上对离子转运系统有影响。 The changes of erythrocyte ATPase activity and intracellular ionlc con-centration before and after antihypertension treatment were observed in 59 patientswith essential hypertension (EH). The results showed that the Na+ - K+ - AT-Pase and Ca2+- Mg2+ - ATPase actlvities were significantly lower, Ca2+ and Na+concentrations were signlficantly higher in EH than in normal. Mg'+ - ATPase ac-tivity was no difference between the two. Mean arterial blood pressure was foundto be negatively correlated with Ca2+ - Mg2+ - ATPase, and possitively correlatedwith intracellular Ca2+ in EH. After treatment with nitrendipine and captopril, Na+- K+ - ATPase and Ca2+ - Mg2+ - ATPase activities increased significantly,while Na+ and Ca2+ concentrations were significantly decreased in the group takingnitrendipine. The rise of Ca2+ - Mg'+ - ATPase and the decrease of Ca2+ concen-tration happened in the group taking captopril. These findings suggest that there isa disturbance of Na+ and Ca2+ membrane transportation in essential hypertensionand the lower ATPase activity may play an important role in the pathogenesis ofEH. The nitrendipine and captopril may act on the Na+ and Ca2+ membrane trans-port system.
