16291例临床细胞学标本检查结果分析

Analysis of results in 16 291 clinical cytology samples

1983～1994年共检查临床细胞学标本16291例，发现恶性肿瘤2106例。与病理活检对照，完全符合率为88．67％，基本相符率为2．33％，总符合率为91％。细胞学检查要求设备简单，操作方便、安全、迅速、痛苦少、检查费用低，是一种有很大实用价值的诊断方法。

The 16291 clinical cytology samples frorn August 1983 to August 1994 were re-viewed. 2, 106 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumor. Compared with the re-sults of biopsy, the complete correspondent rate was 88. 67 %, the approximate cor-respondent rate was 2. 33% and the total correspondent rate was 91%.
